Shipping & Return Policy
Our small team puts a lot of care into packing your order and we aim to process and fulfill orders within 1 week, but we kindly ask to give us 2-3 weeks for processing unless otherwise discussed (excluding weekends and holidays). Upon checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, and then another email from The Floral Society once your order has shipped with tracking information. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll do our best to reach out to you to inform you.
Continental United States:
A flatrate 15% shipping and handling fee will be charged on all orders in the continental United States.
International:
Canadian and all other international customers will be charged the carrier fee for their shipment. The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this time.
Important Notes:
- Backorders will be shipped without notice and as available unless otherwise directed by customer. All backorders under $100 or over 120 days old will be automatically cancelled. New orders may not be added to backorders, however we're happy to ship a new order with your backorder.
- Please note that The Floral Society is not responsible for delays incurred by the carrier and shipment carriers are not able to guarantee shipping within the estimated time frames listed above. We understand the frustrations caused by shipping delays, so please reach out to us at sales@thefloralsociety.com and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. All orders are shipped via Ground unless a special request is approved. Expedited orders will charged the carrier fee upon request.
Returns & Claims:

Returns must be pre-authorzied within 7 days of receiving goods for a shop credit for US customers only.

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Any shipping damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier. All other claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt. Any damaged items will be replaced. No refunds will be issued.

Any merchandise approved for return must arrive to our warehouse address in unused saleable condition, free of price tickets.

All returned items must be sent in their original packaging with polybags, cards, hangtags et cetera.

Customers returning non-damaged merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee. (US customers only)

All cancellations must be requested in writing and confirmed by The Floral Society.
